Our customers’ welfare has always been at the core of our business and now is no different. With this in mind, we feel it is our duty to be prepared and take the necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of our employees and the customers with whom they interact.
With that said, we want to inform you that the entire Window Source of Western Michigan team has been well-versed in CDC guidelines for prevention and will be enforcing strict, preventative measures which include:
Health Checks – WS employees will be required to take their temperature every morning before coming into contact with homeowners. If their temperature is elevated, we will require the employee to be tested for COVID-19.
Sanitizing – Installations of windows will include an added step of disinfecting the interior surface of the entire window frame including the lift rails, cranks, and locks. This includes doors.
Social Distancing – Social distancing will be practiced by way of utilizing various forms of external communications including video calls/conferences, telemeetings, text, email, etc.
